Breath Work is the easiest and quickest form of active meditation. It allows a person to connect to their spirit in a matter of minutes.
What does that mean?
On a spiritual level, we are all energy. This energy flows through us and is connected to everything. It is our soul, our spirit, our life force. When life is good, we glow; we look radiant; we are "in the flow." When life is not so good; when there is fear, suffering, pain and sadness, our energy becomes blocked and the flow is inhibited. When we connect to spirit, to this energy within us, it awakens and moves through our body. In just minutes, you may find yourself feeling a tingling, pulsing or vibrating sensation. This awakened energy helps us to release fear, anxiety and pain from our past.
How will learning breath work help me?
This ancient technique is known as the 2-Stage Pranayama Breathing Meditation. It allows spirit to move through you and heal any blocked energies that are stuck, therefore, keeping YOU STUCK! As the emotional and physical blocks are released, a person will experience a profound sense of clarity, joy and inner peace. Often, breath work will also ignite a heightened sense of intuition, inspiration and creativity.
